Anisata - Ground

Anisata is the leaves harvested from a rain forest tree native to Northern NSW Australia. It has a smooth, sweet, rounded anis/licorice flavour. Applied last in the cooking process, it is delicious in sauces, marinades, pork, game, seafood, stocks, breads, biscuits, desserts and ice cream.
