Lemon Myrtle

Oz Tukka Lemon Myrtle has a strong lemon flavour with a whisper of eucalyptus notes in the background. A most versatile spice, it is equally superb with pork, fish, chicken, and vegetable dishes as it is with sweet biscuits and desserts (try it in a cheesecake!). Add towards the end cooking or dry marinate white meats before lightly grilling. In uncooked dishes, allow to infuse overnight.
