Testimonials

"I love cooking with Herbs and Spices, and have my own Herb garden.

Recently while holidaying on the NSW coast, I picked up a 5 pack of Herbs and Spices of Oz Tukka brand.

I first used the ground 'Wattle Seed' by adding it into a scone mix, and loved the outcome. I then used it in pancakes, and anything chocolaty. It has now become one of my favorite spices!

I coated chicken in 'Bush Tomato' and 'Pepper leaf', and cooked it with garlic and chopped tomatoes. What a beautiful dish that was. Yum, such a unique flavour. The pepper leaf has just the right amount of heat - not too much.

It's lovely on steak; the bush tomato is too.

I do believe I might try the 'Lemon Myrtle' in a cheese cake soon, and on fish as a savory dish too.

Your Herbs and spices will become a regular addition to our pantry.

Thank you for making/gathering such a great, wholly Australian product. You should be proud of yourselves.

I am wondering when you might have the Bush Tomato back in stock? As I will then make an order from your website.

Thanks once again"
